Halfway between Sarlat-la-Canéda and Cahors, close to the caves, castles and gardens of Périgord, fortified towns such as Domme, Monpazier or Monflanquin, and the most beautiful villages in France such as Rocamadour, Autoire, Carennac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and many more.
The gîte "L'orée des chênes" (non-smoking) is made up of 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet on the ground floor and a toilet upstairs, all in 75 m².
Between Lot and Dordogne, you can enjoy the pleasures of outdoor sports (canoes, tree climbing, rock climbing, caving, climbing, paragliding, hot air ballooning, hiking, etc.). You can also appreciate the gastronomy and the way of life of the southwest.
The cottage is fully equipped (fitted kitchen, dishwasher, oven, Italian shower, sofa, television, etc.)
You have a private outdoor space with garden furniture, arbor, barbecue and sun loungers.
You will also benefit from the common areas including the above-ground swimming pool, play areas, ping-pong table, badminton, volleyball, private forest, etc.
You can use the municipal swimming pool 1km away (subject to a charge)

"Vacances dans le lot"
Cet été nous avons pu séjourner dans un de ses gîtes celui de 6 personnes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le gîte est très fonctionnel, propre et le jardin avec tous les jeux de plein air est un véritable plus pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer en sécurité.
Les propriétaires Alexandra et Sylvain sont très sympathiques et de très bons conseils pour découvrir les producteurs locaux et coins sympas à proximité.
Une belle parenthèse dans cette belle région.

"Vacances en famille avec jeunes enfants"
Nous avons passés 15 jours l'été 2021 avec nos enfants (7ans, 4ans, 2ans 1/2) très bon accueil et conseils sur les choses à voir aux alentours! gîté et environnement propre, calme! jeux sécurisés, nos enfants ont apprécié cette sensation de liberté et nous celui de sécurité!
Sylvain et Alexandre sont réactifs lorsque qu'un souci est rencontré! nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce dépaysement! surement à refaire!
