On the road to the beaches of the Gironde estuary, near the N150 between Saintes and Royan, our gîte is located on the tip of the village of Luchat, at the entrance to Pisany.
You will arrive on the independent floor of a pretty house which offers 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen area, a shower room and a separate WC.
A balcony offers you the possibility of pleasant lunches.
The wooded garden populated by birds promises a quiet break.
On the same street, shops are within walking distance.

Your space includes:

- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed
- a sloping bedroom with two 90x190 beds

You have: WiFi, television, washing machine, bed linen, 2 adult bicycles, 2 adult electric bicycles.

The region between land and sea, offers you magnificent discoveries.
You will be located halfway between Rochefort and Cognac, between Saintes and Royan.
Access is quick to La Rochelle and the Poitevin marshes, Angoulême and Niort, and the marvelous coastal villages to the south, Talmont and Meschers.
The 4 islands are waiting for you (Ré, Aix, Oléron and Madame).
Visiting the lighthouses remains an unmissable moment of discovery.
The craft markets offer local products of excellent quality not to be missed.
The Charente-Maritime welcomes you warmly and offers you splendid landscapes.
