END OF WORK (laying of sod (mid-June 2022)

Gîte of around 85 m², for 6 people, including:
- large living room with wood stove, lounge area with flat screen TV
- equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso)
- 3 bedrooms all with a 160x200 bed
- bathroom (two basins and large shower) equipped with hair dryer and heated towel rail
- separate WC
- outdoor terrace (with teak garden furniture, barbecue) overlooking the garden and the swimming pool

Laundry room shared with the other two gîtes equipped with two washing machines and a dryer.

Swimming pool with natural filtration of 5 x 12 m shared with the two other lodgings.

The lodgings have been recently restored in respect of the old building with natural materials (lime, hemp, cork, old floor tiles, etc.)

The 3 lodgings are located at the Ferme de Pan in Pruniers-en-Sologne, goat breeding in organic farming with cheese processing in AOP Selles-sur-Cher.
Come and watch the milking and take advantage of the store where the farm produce is sold (cheeses, yoghurts) but also organic and local products.

Also take advantage of the 30 hectares of the property and the many rural paths starting directly from the farm.

Visit Sologne: its majestic forests, its picturesque villages, the banks of the Cher, the famous ZooParc de Beauval and of course the countless castles of the Loire including Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Selles-sur-Cher, Valençay…

Optional linen rental (sheets, towels, tea towels): €10 / pers.
Cleaning fee if weekly rental: €60
Tourist tax: 2.5% per night

Reduction of 20% on price per night if weekly rental.

Possibility to rent the three lodgings at the same time in order to privatize the whole. Consult us.
