This gîte for 5 people is part of a set of 3 independent gîtes with a total capacity of 13 people.

The cottage, on the ground floor and first floor (steep staircase) includes:
- 2 real bedrooms upstairs (steep staircase):
• a master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200) with water point and WC
• a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x200)
- the fully equipped kitchen (appliances, dishwasher, washing machine) opens onto the living room / dining room area
- the upstairs bathroom includes a toilet and a shower
- the large private and green terrace easily accommodates a large table and garden furniture

We provide you with the essentials for a pleasant stay:
- dish towels, sponges, dishwashing detergent, hand washing cream
- dishwasher washing powder and laundry detergent
- floor and surface cleaning products

Outdoor equipment:
The swimming pool (10 x 5 m, flat bottom 1.4 m), heated, is open from June to September inclusive.
The recreation room (billiards, table football, ping-pong, board games, etc.) will attract both children and adults.

The heated swimming pool, the recreation room, and the exteriors are shared between travelers.
The provision of sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
