The deposit, like any deposit, is kept by the owner. The balance, paid on the day of arrival, is due in the event of cancellation less than one month before arrival at the gîte. Cancellation insurance is recommended when signing the contract.
If we re-rent after cancellation and the tenants have not taken out cancellation insurance, we reimburse on a commercial basis, all amounts collected, deposit and balance, up to the amount of the re-rental, only if we re-let.

Access explanation : After Lourdes, at the end of the motorway, turn left at the second roundabout to Hautacam ski resort and keep on following this direction.
Cross the "gave de Pau". Pass the following villages : Ayros, then Arbouix, Souin, Artalens.
Drive through the village and about 400 metres farther, take the track on your right handside in front of the barn of Baou.

"Wunderbarer Blick zum Entspannen!"
Was für eine Erholung auf fast 900m Höhe in die Ferne zu schauen und dabei auf der Terrasse sitzend das Abendessen zu genießen! Noch nie hatten wir eine so gut ausgestattete Küche erlebt! Das Ein- und Ausladen ging mit dem Auto perfekt über die Wiese, so dass vom Kofferraum bis zur Haustür nur wenige Meter waren. Das war extrem praktisch, da wir von einer langen Campingtour mit sehr viel Gepäck kamen. Die Übernachtungsräume waren sehr schön, nur zu erreichen über eine schmale Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Einen Ventilator braucht es bei warmen Temperaturen im Sommer unbedingt (ist vorhanden, könnte stärker sein). Die Fenster haben im Elternzimmer zum Glück ein Fliegengitter (nicht im Kinderzimmer). Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in perfekter Wanderumgebung (Hautacam). Das werden wir nicht vergessen und sicherlich in den nächsten Jahren wiederkommen.

Très jolie vue dégagée sur la vallée d'Argeles Gazost et les montagnes.
De nombreuses possibilités de randonnées ou visites
Très proche de Lourdes, Hautacam, La Mongie, Gavarnie, Luz-Ardiden et Cauterets,... accessibles entre 30 et 45 minutes.

"Super séjour"
Tout commence par un accueil très chaleureux. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très calme. Bien placé pour visiter la région de Gavarnie. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
