The deposit, like any deposit, is retained by the owner. The balance, paid on the day of arrival, is due in the event of cancellation less than one month before arrival in the gîte. Cancellation insurance is recommended when signing the contract.
If we re-let after withdrawal and the tenants have not taken out cancellation insurance, we reimburse, on a commercial basis, all sums collected, deposit and balance, up to the amount of the re-rental.

Access explanation : After Lourdes, at the end of the motorway, turn left at the second roundabout to Hautacam ski resort and keep on following this direction.

"Sper gîte"
Ce gîte est accueillant, d'une propreté irréprochable et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi.. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Pierre,qui a rendu notre passage plus agréable.
Nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs et l'envie de revenir.

"Gite 4 Le Lizet"
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce gîte profitant chaque jour de sa terrasse avec vue sur la montagne et Argelès Gazost. Cadre reposant dans un environnement magnifique.
Un petit rouge gorge venait régulièrement nous rendre visite pour picorer quelques gourmandises.
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et de leur fils.
