American kitchen/dining room/living room, wood stove (free wood), a large and high veranda, 2 independent bedrooms (1 160x200cm bed, 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed). Sofa bed in the living room (140x200), 1 bathroom, 2 toilets including 1 independent. Bed, chair and bathtub available for baby.
Electric heating, dishwasher (8 people), washing machine, TV, CD/DVD player, Internet, enclosed garden (600 m²) with shaded lawn, 1 terrace of 20 m², 2 garden furniture, 4 deck chairs, barbecue , locked garage.
Very beautiful view of the valley and quietly located in the Auvergne volcanoes regional natural park.
All shops and market as well as swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis and casino in Vic-sur-Cère (11 km).
Horse riding in Polminhac (12 km).
Hiking on site and nearby.
Cross-country skiing in Pailherols (8 km)
Alpine skiing, ice rink and activities 25 km away at Lioran station.
Since 2019, the telephone network has improved thanks to the installation of an antenna in the town, 4G is now well received, in addition, a 4G box has been added in the house to receive WiFi (available between May and September)
