FROM BRIVE LA GAILLARDE
8 km after BRIVE on the A20, after the tunnel, take exit 52 towards Saint-Céré.
In Noailles, turn right then 3 km at the roundabout still right, still towards Saint-Céré.
When you reach Bretenoux, cross the bridge and at the 1st roundabout, turn right towards LOUBRESSAC.
At PRUDHOMAT, at the cafe, turn right. After the Roman bridge (be careful, it is narrow), turn left and immediately right towards LOUBRESSAC.
When you are at the top of the hill, place called Lapoujade, do not take a left towards LOUBRESSAC.
At the crossroads of LAPOUJADE, take the 2nd road on the right direction LAVALADE.
Drive about 3 km straight ahead and turn right onto the path indicated LAVALADE.

"Tranquillité et confort assurés !"
Une maison très confortable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée avec une belle vue dégagée ! Tranquillité assurée, parfaite pour un séjour en famille !
Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire.
A quelques minutes du centre du village et à 10 min des commerces. Pas trop loin pas trop près !
Petit bémol : absence de wifi et connection mobile faible (difficile pour associer vacances et télétravail). L’entretien de la terrasse et de ses abords

"Agréable séjour"
Nous avons apprécié ce gîte, bien équipé et bien entretenu dans un cadre très reposant et si caractéristique du Lot. Notre hôte nous a reçu avec gentillesse et prévenance. Nous étions les premiers locataires de la saison et M. Gineste avait pris soin de bien chauffer la maison. Notre chienne a été acceptée sans réserve et manifestement elle aussi a apprécié la proximité des chevaux et des moutons et l'espace extérieur dont elle a pu profiter en toute sécurité. Nous n'hésiterons pas a revenir.

"Trés bon séjour"
Très belle location dans un beau terrain de 1500 m2 bien clôturé idéal pour notre petit chien. Propreté irréprochable et très bien équipée. La piscine est un plus appréciable. La situation de cette location est idéale pour découvrir les trésors du Lot et profiter du calme de la campagne.
C'est une adresse que nous retenons et recommandons.

"Une grande maison moderne au calme absolu"
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison neuve située à cinq minutes du charmant village de Loubressac ,.. à 15 mn de Saint Céré et autant de Gramat.
La maison moderne est pratique se trouve sur un terrain très privé , sans vis à vis , et au calme. L'équipement est satisfaisant. Nous reviendrons
