END OF WORK MID-JUNE 2022 (laying of sod)

Gîte of around 40 m², for two people, including:
- living room with lounge area with flat screen TV
- equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso)
- bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- bathroom (basin, large shower and WC) equipped with hair dryer and heated towel rail
- outdoor terrace (with teak garden furniture, barbecue) overlooking the garden and the swimming pool

- common laundry room with the other two gîtes equipped with two washing machines and a dryer

Swimming pool with natural filtration of 5 x 12 m shared with the two other lodgings.

The lodgings have been recently restored in respect of the old building with natural materials (lime, hemp, cork, old floor tiles, etc.)

The three lodgings are located at the Ferme de Pan, in Pruniers-en-Sologne, goat breeding in organic farming with cheese processing in AOP Selles-sur-Cher.
Come and watch the milking and take advantage of the store where the farm produce is sold (cheeses, yoghurts) but also organic and local products.

Also take advantage of the 30 hectares of the property and the many rural paths starting directly from the farm.

Visit Sologne: its majestic forests, its picturesque villages, the banks of the Cher, the famous ZooParc de Beauval and of course the countless castles of the Loire including Cheverny, Chambord, Blois, Selles-sur-Cher, Valençay…

Optional cleaning fee: €40
Tourist tax: 2.5% per night

20% reduction if weekly rental.
