- 2nd floor: WC. Bedroom 1 bed 160x200, shower and sink, view of the semaphore. Dormitory of 27 m², 2 90x190 beds and possibility of putting an extra bed, TV. 1 small mezzanine-office, port entrance and sea view. 1 mezzanine with a 90x200 bed, sea view.
The cottage has been classified 3 stars since May 2021.

€850 for up to 5 people + €100 per additional person (access to the entire house) + €80 obligatory cleaning fee.
May-June-September-October, 3 nights minimum in midweek (125€ per night for up to 5 people) + 25€ per person extra with a maximum capacity of 7 people.
Weekend package (Friday and Saturday night) €380, cleaning included
Fécamp Grand’Escale package, from May 9 to 12 (3 nights) €550, cleaning included
THE PRICE INCLUDES :
- bed and bathroom linen (beds are made on arrival for the number of people to be specified when booking)
- tea towels
- electricity, water and WiFi fiber connection.
- heating (gas) is included up to 8 kWh per day: beyond that, compensation is requested according to actual consumption in kWh, at the supplier's current rate.
25% deposit on booking and balance on arrival.
Deposit check for €500 on arrival and returned to the exit inventory.
For babies and young children: optional, Red Castle 3-wheel stroller (€20)
The tourist tax is paid according to the current rate of €1.50 per night and per adult.

"Maison très agréable"
Nous avons passé un semaine très agréable dans ce gîte. Prestations conformes aux descriptions, très calme malgré la proximité du port, cette proximité nous a permis d ailleurs de voir de gros bateau et de voir leur travail de chargement et déchargement. Propriétaires très agréables. Le lieu est idéale pour des balades à pied et pour visiter les alentours, pas de problème de stationnement et il est possible d aller à la pêche en face ou a quelques centaines de mètres.
