Gîte 2/6 pers. - nuitée/semaine - Dordogne - Cadre Vert

Ideally located, surrounded by greenery, this former barn houses the upstairs gite and 2 individual bedrooms on the ground floor in the middle of a 1 ha property (separate entrance for the gite and large wooded grounds around) – no stairs cross because the ground is sloping).
Village center and shops 5 mins walk, swimming beach 3 mins by car.
Many tourist sites, activities and hikes nearby

The 74 m² gîte consists of a 30 m² living room / kitchen (fridge / freezer, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, TV, BZ bench that can be used as a bed), 2 bedrooms of 11 and 12 m², one with 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed (140x190), a bathroom with shower and sink and 1 separate toilet.

We live on the same property but the land is a little sloping, so there are several levels.
Our house is downstairs, with a terrace overlooking the other side of the land, while you will be higher up with an entrance and a terrace overlooking the opposite part of the garden.

Our dog, Lhasa lives on the property and may come and say hello or ask for a cuddle (or a treat!) but she is very quiet and very cool. "Easy in the morning and not too fast in the afternoon" is his motto!
If you have any fear of dogs, do not hesitate to tell us, we will do what is necessary to keep it at a distance. We are never far anyway when she is outside.

I exercise my activity as a sophrologist and practitioner in reflexology and well-being massage within my office which is located at the entrance of the property. Do not hesitate to reserve your slot for a relaxing bubble during your stay for yourself or to offer (a surprise gift for your dear and tender for example!). I can easily adapt to your requests and needs. Call me and we'll talk about it.

Cleaning must be done before departure (possibility of booking a €30 package) except for short stays (1 and 2 nights) for which it is free.

Many sites to visit and activities in the nearby surroundings: listed villages, castles, caves and gardens of the Périgord noir but also the bastides of the Périgord pourpre (you won't have time to do everything, that's for sure!)
