The deposit, like any deposit, is retained by the owner. The balance, paid on the day of arrival, is due in the event of cancellation less than a month before arrival at the gîte.
Cancellation insurance is offered upon signature of the contract. If we re-let after cancellation and the tenants have not taken out cancellation insurance, we will reimburse, on a commercial basis, all sums collected, down payment and balance, up to the amount of the re-rental.

Gite très confortable avec une belle vue.
Personnel très gentil.
Plusieurs équipements disponibles, luge, appareil à raclette...
Plusieurs attractions à quelques kilomètres.
Aire de jeu très apprécié par les enfants.

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et de leur fils, une petite attention de Pâques pour les enfants !
Communication en amont par mail au top.
Un gîte de tout confort, au calme avec une vue splendide sur la vallée et sur les montagnes enneigées.
Très bien situé, non loin de beaucoup de randonnées.
Commerces à proximité sur Argelès gazost.
Un jardin avec des jeux extérieurs où les enfants profitent également de ce paysage. Les nôtres se sont fait des amies du gîte voisin.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce lieu !

Gîte impeccable et très agréable mignon comme tout il y a tout ce qu'il faut autant pour la vaisselle que pour l'électroménager, c'était bien propre et très bien tenu et la vue est magnifique. La propriétaire est très gentille, tres sympathique on a été très bien reçu

"Un séjour très agréable !"
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons trouvé au chalet toutes les commodités pour passer un séjour sans souci. La neige, au rendez-vous, a donné une dimension féerique à l'emplacement et nous avons pu en profiter grâce au grand terrain juste devant. La vue est splendide ! Nous recommandons vivement.

Gîte très fonctionnel, très propre et bien équipé. Très bien situé géographiquement avec un panorama exceptionnel à même le gîte. Il correspond aussi bien au couple qu'au famille avec un accès direct sur une aire de jeux extérieurs. Très grande écoute des propriétaires, d'une gentillesse absolue et discrets. Petites attentions très appréciables à l'arrivée et des idées de visites via leur site internet très bien conçu et consultable avec l'accès wifi. La région regroupe des sites remarquables. Elle offre ainsi diverses activités familiales, sportives, de détente ou culturelles où chacun y trouve son compte.
