Located on the left bank of the Loire, 19 km from Orleans, Jargeau is a small medieval town of 3,500 inhabitants on the circuit "Loire by Bike".
In the heart of the village on a paved pedestrian square, opposite the church, the town house of 145m² (ground floor + 2 floors) has been completely renovated in the spirit of the old houses (stone, tiles and beams).
• Ground floor: entrance with closet, laundry (washing machine and dryer), separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher), dining room (Hifi, piano).
• 1st floor: library area, two bedrooms with cabinet (1 double bed 140 and 2 beds 90), bathroom with toilet.
• 2nd floor: living room / lounge area located beneath the timbered area with desk, coffee table, 2 chairs, sofa bed for 2 persons, (cable TV, DVD player, internet access WI-FI).
Antique furniture. All shops and healthcare services in the pedestrian street. Free parking near the site. Gas heating. Alarm. No garden.
