For stays of less than 10 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This must be paid by credit card. The amount will be refunded in full to the credit card within 7 days after check-out, after verification of the good condition of the accommodation.

For stays of more than 11 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. This must be paid by credit card. The amount will be fully refunded to the credit card within a maximum of 30 days after check-out, once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified.
