Private poolThe FermePostel holiday home is an old Korean farmhouse of around 200 years old located in the French village of Graschamp.
This village is located 20 km northwest of Brive-la-Gaillarde on the border of Corrèze and Dordogne in the country of Vézère and Auvézère.
The holiday home is fully equipped with all modern amenities, such as WiFi, a private pool, a dishwasher and a spacious kitchen.
FermePostel is open from May 1 to October 1.
A rental period lasts from Saturday 3:00 p.m. to the other Saturday 10:00 a.m.
The number of residents is a maximum of 6 people.
The rent is per week, incl. electricity, water, use of garden room, swimming pool + paddling pool and, if necessary, firewood.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home for reasons of hygiene.
Final cleaning costs € 75 and is in addition to the rent.

1) annulation plus de 3 mois avant le début de la période de location: 10 €.
2) annulation entre le 90 € et le 60 € jour avant le début de la période de location: 25% du loyer.
3) annulation entre le 59ème et le 30ème jour avant le début de la période de location: 50% du loyer.
4) annulation moins de 30 jours avant le début de la période de location: 100% du loyer.
Si le locataire n'utilise pas la maison de vacances ou la quitte avant la fin de la période de location, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
