The chalet has spectacular views and is very tastefully furnished with luxurious furniture, a large oak dining table, sofas, throws and rugs. The main living space has a wonderful open log fire to create a truly alpine atmosphere. There is also a surround sound hifi, curved 4k TV to help you to unwind.

The terrace is new with sunken Spa/hot tub (inc. sound system) and external lights to give a heavenly experience after a hard day in the mountains.

The chalet is in the traditional Savoyarde village of Seytroux which is extremely well located to access all parts of the Portes du Soleil area by car. Only 8 minutes by car to the nearest skiing, 12/15 minutes to Morzine and 25 minutes to the stunning village and scenery of Chapelle Abondance, Chatel and Morgins on the Swiss side of the ski area (reportedly largest ski area in the world).

The village of Seytroux has a restaurant, wine bar and small shop and in the summer time there is an outdoor pizza restaurant down by the river. You can enjoy genuine tranquil alpine living or for more active night life entertainment, you can easily access Morzine by car or taxi.
