The 60 m² gîte with its independent entrance consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a second air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds.
The third room is made up of a lounge area with a sofa convertible into a 120cm bed, a TV, with mini satellite package, WiFi access, a fully equipped kitchen area (kitchen utensils, microwave oven, hob, oven and electric coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as common products such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.)
A bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine, an independent toilet and, outside, a covered terrace furnished for taking meals with a very beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and its sunsets and equipped with a hammock and a deckchair.
The gîtes are located at the top of the residence, 150m from the beach.
A SPA and a barbecue are freely accessible.
You will find on the beach of Petite Anse (between Bouillante and Vieux Habitants) a friendly and family diving center.
Nicole, the owner is a state diving instructor and offers you baptism, training or exploration from the beaches.

Access route from Guadeloupe Pôle Caraïbes airport to the lodgings by the sea. Allow 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to your vacation spot.
• When leaving the airport, take the expressway towards Baie-Mahaut / Basse Terre (left lane).
• Follow this road for about ten kilometers: you pass the Alliance bridge, a first roundabout, straight ahead, at the second roundabout on the right. • You are on the "peripheral". leave the "shopping center" exit, the "Deshaies, Sainte rose" exit, ...
• Just after the large TV antenna (left) you exit to the right and take direction "Bouillante / Pointe Noire / route de la Traversée".
• Take the Route de la Traversée, on the right the D23, you cross a beautiful tropical forest (30km).
• At the end of this road (about 30 minutes crossing), you arrive at the Pointe Noire / Bouillante intersection.
• Turn left towards Bouillante (you are on the N2), you have about 20 minutes left to drive.
• You pass the beach of Malendure, the village of Bouillante, the Ravines Thomas, the restaurant "les Tortues" and you arrive at the beach of Petite Anse (15km).
• Go down the road towards the beach and turn the second road on the left, just after a blue sign "osteopath" (100m from the N2).
• You are in the Résidence Petite Anse. At the end of the road, go around the last house on your left and the Gîtes du Bord de Mer are in front of you.

"Séjour au paradis"
Notre meilleure semaine en Guadeloupe ! Logement juste parfait, vue mer féérique, plage à 100 mètres, chambres climatisées, LLinge et LVaisselle, équipements exhaustifs, terrasse ombragée pour admirer les couchers de soleil, et Nicole est adorable et à l'écoute pour ses hôtes.
Logement bien placé pour découvrir la Basse-terre. Je recommande sans hésitation.

"Gîte de rêve pour merveilleux séjour"
Nous avons passé une semaine dans un gîte de Nicole. Superbe séjour, vue magnifique et prestations de qualité. La plage est à 100 mètres et la grande terrasse très confortable. Nicole est à l’écoute des différentes demandes et toujours prête à y répondre. Je recommande fortement cette location et j’y reviendrai dès que possible.

"gite fabuleux à 100m de la plage"
Séjour exceptionnel dans ce fabuleux gite avec 2 chambres sa belle vue mer son bac à punch privatif sur une grande terrasse. Nous avions passé d'excellentes vacances. Tout proche de la plage de petite anse (nous y avions vue 2 tortues et des poissons multi couleurs), nous avions eu un excellent temps et que dire de l'accueil. Vite un planteur, et place aux vacances
