Villa Tina : This modern, recently built villa offers an unforgettable vacation experience with its 3 spacious bedrooms and private pool. Located just 200m from restaurants and the pond, this villa is ideal for the summer months. The pool is fenced off to ensure children's safety. Inside, the villa features a comfortable living room with sofas and TV, offering plenty of space for children. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room, the kitchen equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals. There's even a large laundry room for storing your belongings, including a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are perfectly suited to families, the first bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds, the other 2 bedrooms have double beds (160x200cm) one of which also has a private bathroom. Outside, the garden is fenced, with a second safety fence for the swimming pool. The living room includes a dining area with a table for 6 people and a lounge area. Beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets and pillows. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink unit with mirror and the toilets are separate. La Pinède park offers a calm and wooded environment, with a large outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Residents can also enjoy a children's play area in the central park. The fact that the access paths are one-way contributes to equal circulation in front of each house, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The pond is below and directly accessible for a swim, a hike or a nap in the shade by the beach (no pool access for these accommodations, which are not in the La Pinède park but on the other side of the pond). These are refuges for nature lovers, with minimal gardening to maintain a natural look. Access to the chalets is via a small dirt path through a wood, for a feeling of a rejuvenating vacation. Each chalet has a surface area of 35m², with 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and a separate toilet, and features amenities such as a double bed and 2 80cm single beds, a kitchen and a covered terrace. Maximum occupancy is 4 people, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends, thanks to its layout that separates the living area from the bedrooms.
