Lagrange Vacances - Villa d'Este

Villa d'Este is situated in the heart of Arcachon, just 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the town centre. It offers luxurious apartments with balconies or terraces.

The apartments at the Villa d'Este are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. Each has a living area with sofa bed and TV with satellite channels. They also feature a dining area, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge.

The residence is located a 1 hour drive from Bordeaux, next to the Bassin d’Arcachon.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 15 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking.

Arrivals are from 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

A EUR 40 weekly fee applies per pet.

Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.

Optional services to be paid on site:
- bed linen rental: EUR 16 per person per week
- towels rental: EUR 9.5 per person per week
- end-of-stay cleaning: from EUR 85
- cleaning fee: EUR 35 per hour
- baby bed: EUR 30 per week
- baby high chair: EUR 25 per week
- baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 50 per week
A changing mat, baby bath and bottle warmer are available for free upon prior request and subject to availability.

A damages deposit of EUR 300 is requested upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 14 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.

Please note that the following electricity fees apply between 31 October and 4 April:
For stays of 7 nights and more:
- Two Bedroom Apartment: EUR 30 per week per apartment
- Three Bedroom Apartment: EUR 40 per week per apartment

Please note that bed linen and towels aren't provided, you can rent them at the property for the following extra charges
- Bed linen: 8 €/person
- Linen kit (bath sheet, towel, tea towel): 8 €/kitThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
