Entrambi gli alloggi sono stati ristrutturati negli ultimi anni e offrono un'ottima sistemazione per famiglie o amici - anche il tuo cane è il benvenuto!
I due alloggi condividono una piscina riscaldata 12 x 7 m - con lettini e vista mozzafiato sul giardino verso la valle vicina.
C'è anche una sala giochi ampia e ben fornita - con ping pong, biliardo, Xbox 360, giochi da tavolo, giocattoli, vestiti in costume e molto altro!
Il giardino di oltre 1500 mq ha bordure fiorite, un orto, una zona fiorita con sdraio e un ampio prato per giocare o far correre liberi i vostri bambini o cani.
Lairoux è un grazioso villaggio, a meno di 10 minuti di auto da Luçon, a 40 minuti da La Rochelle e si trova ai margini di una palude comunale - con incantevoli passeggiate in campagna direttamente dalle porte.
Il parco Puy du Fou è a solo un'ora di distanza, e il parco acquatico O'Gliss è a 15 minuti.

3. We would strongly recommend that clients take out insurance at the time of booking – to cover medical, personal and cancellation charges.

"Fantastic Stay!"
Lovely holiday home with such friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts.
Great pool with lovely views (fantastic sunsets!) and a very well equipped games room so ideal for children of all ages.
Lots to do and a short drive to the local beach as well as other beaches and towns to explore further afield. Good choice of supermarkets in Lucon and also a lovely park - Jardin Dumaine. We highly recommend.

"Didn't want to leave!"
I can't thank you enough Annette & Jason for choosing me as your competition winner back in 2020, and for being so accommodating by allowing us to change the dates after Covid hit.
We had such a great time staying in L'Ecurie holiday cottage, and have made some great memories. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer!
The weather was gorgeous which made for a couple of relaxing days by your amazing pool & a day trip to The Marais Poitevin & Les Sables-d'Olonne.
We hope to meet you again here in the UK soon

"Never disappointing"
Le Vieux Cafe is the perfect retreat whether it’s summer or winter. Great space, well equipped, very comfortable and Annette & Jason are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Lots of winter walks in the countryside and on the beach and time to enjoy (this time) many chocolat chauds. Highly recommended.

"Superbe gite - Je recommande"
Un gite remarquablement équipé pour les grands comme pour les petits. La salle de jeux est un royaume pour les enfants, la salle de sport celui des adultes. Tout est prévu pour notre confort et notre bien être (linge de lit, linge de toilette,..). Il suffit d'apporter ses valises. Annette et Jason sont des hôtes bienveillants, attentionnés et toujours là en cas de souci; N'hésitez pas à profiter de leur gîte.

"Comfortable and Well-equipped."
We certainly enjoyed our stay in the Gite L'Ecurie in Lairoux.
It was clean and comfortable and well-equipped.
There are great beaches close by and it's a shot one hour drive to La Rochelle.
We particularly enjoyed our evening drinks on the terrace overlooking the estuary.
We'll certainly go again.

"Fabulous Holiday Home in the Vendee"
L’Ecurie is a wonderful 2 bedroom gite which is great to stay for a short winter break with log fire.. many excellent restaurants 20 minutes away and fabulous walks nearby. Also a longer summer break is a lovely relaxing option with the use of a heated pool. There is also a three bedroom gite on site so would be perfect for families. The owners (English but speak fluent french) live on site and are fantastic hosts and very knowledgeable on the area. Excellent place highly recommend

"Wonderful property with great facilities"
We visited in Aug 20 with our 2 teenagers. The house had everything you needed and was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We had fans in the bedroom and never found it too hot at night.
The pool was great and much appreciated during the hot days. Our hosts were really friendly without being intrusive. They had lots of advice on places to visit. The village itself didn’t have much in it but it was just a short drive to larger places for supermarkets and restaurants. We hadn’t been to this area of France before and it was really lovely, we only had a week so lots to still see when we go back.
