In Spain, if you own a place where tourists stay, you are required to keep a record of who stays there. It is a little-known regulation, but it must be followed, especially since the latest approval of Royal Decree 933/2021, dated October 26. The traveler registration form must be completed with the details of guests over 14 years old and the person who made the reservation, even if the reservation can be canceled.
