Villa Cocoon is an elegant private villa of 140 m², classified 4 stars by the Meublé de Tourisme label and 4 keys by the CléVacances label, very comfortable and spacious for 10 people, with a very zen decoration, combining the charm of pebbles and the the softness of driftwood, with 5 bedrooms, one of which is located in a charming bungalow, a tropical garden planted with banana trees, coconut palms and other tropical species, and above all a huge terrace with a superb view of the sea that will inspire you to relax and enjoy life.

The villa is located in a very quiet and well ventilated area of Sainte-Luce.

Ideally placed for visiting Martinique and enjoying the superb white sand beaches of Martinique, less than 5 minutes (3.5 km) from Anse Mabouya, Corps de Garde, Gros raisins, Anse Figuier… and on the Salines road.
Shops and restaurants are also nearby.

In the house, 4 bedrooms all air conditioned and tastefully decorated:
- the parental suite has a 160x200 bed, a dressing room, a private bathroom with wc walk-in shower
- the 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 or large bed 180x200
- the 3rd bedroom, pool side with a 160x200 bed
- then the 4th bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 or 180x200
- a bathroom with toilet, large walk-in shower
- a 3rd guest toilet
- a very spacious and ventilated living room with flat screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, Canal Satellite with foreign channels. Internet access is free (WiFi)

You will be able to take advantage of the shaded and ventilated space under the terrace to take your meals and of its living room to enjoy an aperitif with friends.

The fully equipped kitchen and living room open onto the terrace and face this incredible view.

In the annex, you will have a very romantic air-conditioned bungalow located near the swimming pool and open to the sea view, consisting of 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and a walk-in shower and toilet.

Villa Cocoon offers a 7 x 3.50 m private salt water swimming pool with a huge 110 m² wooden deck from which you can admire the incredible 180 ° view of the Caribbean Sea, the famous' reclining woman ', the Rocher du Diamant and on the sugar cane plantations of the Trois Rivières rum factory.

Sun loungers are at your disposal, a very comfortable outdoor lounge set, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water.

We attach a lot of importance to the reception of our guests, it is done by Evelyne, warm and endearing local.

The villa is maintained by quality staff: landscaper and pool specialist.

Sheets and towels are provided (except beach towels).

Rosita and Stéphanie offer their services to concoct delicious little dishes and deliver them to you on order.

Compulsory cleaning fee 150 € at the end of the stay.
