Eau Vive : petite maison jardin proximité mer

This small house, located in Martigues, is intended solely for seasonal rental and is approximately 50 m² in size.
It is in fact the extension of our house and adjoins it, therefore adjoining with a completely independent entrance.

This seasonal rental is located in Provence, in Martigues, in a quiet area bringing together individual villas with several shops and amenities, about ten kilometers from the sea and sandy beaches (Côte Bleue).

Martigues is a town which benefits from a privileged location, about ten kilometers from the seaside and sandy beaches, on the Mediterranean coast, known as: "Côte Bleue" (bringing together several seaside villages such as: La Couronne , Carro, Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset, Ensuès).

In the immediate vicinity of our rental are:
- the Figuerolles park with an educational farm, small train ride to the bottom of the pond, pony rides, games for children, relaxation area, possibility of walks and bike rides, treetop adventure course
- the Julien Olive park and many other gardens in Martigues (Prieuré garden and the edge of the Berre pond)
- the Martigues nautical club

You can park your vehicle in complete peace of mind in front of our house, along the sidewalk.

The accommodation is intended for a family of 4 to 5 people maximum (including young children).
We can also rent to people coming to work occasionally in the region, maximum 2 people (for any information on prices, call us on our cell phone).

It is equipped with reversible air conditioning and offers very good comfort as well as good equipment:

- on the ground floor there is a laundry room (with a washing machine and WC) overlooking the small garden
- on the 1st floor there is a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, classic electric coffee maker and in the extension of the kitchen is the living room with a very convertible sofa comfortable with a place and a flat screen TV
- on the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms: one of which is independent closed by a door with 1 double bed (140), a chest of drawers, a small wardrobe and 2 bedside tables and a second “mezzanine” type bedroom with 2 beds 1 place (in 90) and 1 bedside. Adjoining this second bedroom, a bathroom (with walk-in shower and a 2nd WC inside, 1 hairdryer and bath mat)

You have a part of the garden where there is: garden furniture, a barbecue and a drying rack.
Small clarification: animals are not allowed and this accommodation is a “non-smoking” accommodation, but nothing prevents you from smoking outside…
Household linen and sheets are not provided.
Possibility of parking along the sidewalk in front of the house in complete safety.
