F3 duplex apartment, with terrace, in the heart of nature, on the heights of Gérardmer, "the pearl of the Vosges", ideally located 2 km from the city center and shops, 2.5 km from the lake, 700 m from the slopes alpine ski area and 500 m from the Poli Nordic area and snowshoe routes.

- Swimming at the lake of Gérardmer at 4 km and that of Longemer at 6 km.
- Alsatian vineyard and Colmar 50 km.
- Theme parks: tree climbing and various activities at La Bresse at 12 km, leisure park at Fraipertuis-City at 30 km.

Surface area of 55 m² with south/south-west balcony-terrace extending from the living room with view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Located 920 meters above sea level and at the start of many hiking trails in a quiet and wooded setting.

The Auberge du Grouvelin on the top of the Gérardmer ski area or even the lakes of Longemer or Bresse-Lispach are accessible on foot in summer or snowshoes in winter.

Comfortable apartment, located in a farmhouse, with an independent entrance, which is accessed by a footbridge and with a private parking space as well as a closed outdoor ski locker located at the entrance of the accommodation.

The residence has a large private natural area around the accommodation allowing children to play outside.

Ground floor (direct car park access): 1 living room opening onto the balcony, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 6 people and a sofa bed. Independent WC.

Garden level: An internal wooden staircase leads down to the floor below with 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed, the second with 1 bunk bed (1 person upstairs and 2 people downstairs) and 1 bathroom bathroom with shower.
A sofa bed to sleep 2 adults is available in the living room.
The apartment is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, electric oven, 4 gas burners, television, garden furniture, electric griddle, raclette grill, fondue set, etc.).

Baby equipment is available if needed (cot, high chair, small bath, safety gate for the stairs).

"Formidable Exceptionnel"
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et inoubliable dans votre appartement qui est très agréable. Tout était parfait, la propreté, l'équipement est au top, la terrasse est spacieuse avec une vue à couper le souffle et très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'emplacement est rêvé dans un endroit calme et paisible. Un havre de paix et de tranquillité. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur bienveillance et un grand merci à Jean-Noel pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sympathie.
Nous n'avons qu'une seule hâte: revenir très vite.
