In the heart of the historic center of Vannes, quiet, in a pedestrian street, a stone's throw from the port and its ramparts, discover our charming duplex apartment (75 m²).

Completely renovated, decorated with care, this charming duplex is particularly bright thanks to its three large windows facing south.

This charming duplex is located on the second and last floor (no lift) of a joint ownership appreciated for its great calm. It is located in the historic center and close to everything (the market is at the foot of the apartment).

All shops, the port, the cathedral, Vannes and his wife ... are located less than 2 minutes on foot.
Here is the description of this duplex:
On the ground floor: large bright living room (over 35 m²), decorative fireplace and fully equipped American kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, robots, utensils for seafood, tea, coffee, spices available..
Upstairs: under the spell of the roof slopes, there is 1 large bedroom (approximately 16 m² on the floor) with double bed, size 140 * and 1 extra bedroom, as well as a large bathroom (bath) , with soaps, shower gels, hair dryer ... Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds.
* Quality bedding (high resilience hypoallergenic).

NB:
- The toilets are located on the ground floor. The bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.
- The bathroom has a bathtub.
- The market, which is held at the foot of the building, takes place on Wednesday morning and Saturday morning. Also, you are strongly advised not to park the day before in the parking lot down the street, otherwise you will have to find your car at the impound.
- Only one set of keys will be provided to you upon arrival. For your convenience we put at your disposal:

- A mini radio / MP3 channel,
- A TV with box,
- Complete equipment for the kitchen (including dishes, food processors, mixers, etc.), condiments (vinegar, oil, salt, peppers, etc.), as well as tea towels and napkins.

Ce duplex de charme est situé au second et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) d'une co-propriété appréciée pour son grand calme. Il est situé en plein centre historique et à proximité de tout (le marché est au pied de l'appartement).

Tous les commerces, le port, la cathédrale, Vannes et sa femme ... sont situés à moins de 2 minutes à pieds.
Voici le descriptif de ce duplex :
Au rez de chaussée : vaste séjour lumineux (plus de 35 m²), cheminée décorative et cuisine américaine parfaitement équipée : Four, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, robots, ustensiles pour fruits de mer, thé, café, épices mis à disposition ...
A l'étage : sous le charme des pentes de toits, se trouve 1 grande chambre (environ 16 m² au sol) avec lit double, taille 140 * et 1 chambre d'appoint, ainsi qu'une grande salle de bain (baignoire), avec savons, gels douche, sèche cheveux ... Les deux chambres sont équipées de stores occultants.
*Literie de qualité (haute résilience hypo allergénique).

NB :
- Les WC sont situés au rez-de-chaussée. Les chambres et la salle de bain sont à l'étage.
- La salle de bain comporte une baignoire.
- Le marché, qui se tient au pied de l'immeuble, a lieu le mercredi matin et le samedi matin. Aussi, il est vous est fortement déconseillé de vous garer la veille sur le parking en bas de la rue, sous peine de devoir retrouver votre voiture à la fourrière.
- Un seul jeu de clef vous sera fourni à votre arrivée. Pour votre confort nous mettons à votre disposition :
- Un accès WiFi,
- Une mini chaine radio/MP3,
- Une TV avec box,
- Un équipement complet pour la cuisine (dont vaisselles, robots, mixeurs....), des condiments (vinaigre, huile, sel, poivres....), ainsi que torchons, et serviettes.
