Dreamhouse does not have an on-site reception. It is therefore essential that all guests contact the Dreamhouse office at least 2 hours prior to arrival, so that they can arrange for one of their representatives to meet you at the property and conduct check-in. A surcharge of GBP 30 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note, Dreamhouse are unable to accommodate hen or stag parties, or similar groups.
