Swimming-pool Bocce ball court Table tennis Playground FishingIn this old farmhouse, we offer three lodgings of different capacities, independent, to rent individually or together (a common room on the ground floor allows the festivities): Maézoù for 2/4 people, Oyat for 4/5 people and Pradennad for 4/6 people. Garden with outdoor games and swimming pool in summer only.
The estate is located in the countryside of the village of Berric (1.5 km). It includes two farmhouses. The lodgings are not overlooked, independent and also independent of the guest rooms.
Collective washing machine (free use of a machine/week). Remember to bring your laundry.
Animals are not allowed on the site or in the gîtes.
You will savor the charm and tranquility of nature. Stone lovers will be delighted. Just like the amateurs of fishing who will be able to practice this one in our small pond.

"Noêl 2022 en famille"
Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille du 23 au 26 décembre 2022 , nous étions 17 grands parents , enfants et petits enfants, très bon accueil de la part de Mr et Mme Gaudiche , très sympa , tout était ok même le bois pour le feu de cheminée. Bonne capacité.
Endroit à conseiller , nous on reviendra une autre fois.

"Endroit Calme"
Endroit superbe pour un repos assuré. Calme. Le gîtes est très propre et entretenu. Tout équipé (lave vaisselle - grille pain - cafetière - micro onde). Vous avez une machine à laver disponible dans le Gites en accès réservé (1 par semaine)
Si vous avez besoin de tranquillité et de repos c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Les propriétaires ont été très discret pendant le séjour, serviables, sympathique et accueillant.
Une piscine hors sol est disponible. Top pour les enfants 🙂
Nous avions pris le gîtes Oyat. Sous les toits avec velux.
Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine.
