The swimming pool, heated (29/30 °) with salt and with removable cover, of 15.5 x 5.5 m allows you to do "lengths" and swim in all weathers. Pool linen is not included but we can provide it for you on request. Daily maintenance of the pool as well as the garden (watering and pruning) is included.

"Un p'tit coin de paradis"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au domaine de la Charmeraie. Idéalement situé, à la fois très proche de nombreux sites incontournables, et en même temps à l'écart dans un environnement beau, calme et reposant. Dominique et Henri nous ont accueillis dans les règles de l'art, attentifs, attentionnés et discrets. Le gîte est très agréable, décoré avec goût, et bénéficie d'un agencement et d'équipements fonctionnels. La piscine est magnifique (spacieuse, accessible à tout moment,...) et à l'eau salée... c'est un vrai plus !
Les extérieurs sont très agréablement aménagés et entretenus.
Nous n'avons qu'un seul regret, c'est de n'être restés qu'une semaine !
