On this 80 hectare property, there are the buildings of an old farm and two independent houses: the Maisons de l'Etang (11 people) located opposite the large pond.
You will appreciate the calm of the place, the walks in the forest, the fishing trips in the large pond. It is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends, discover the Sancerre vineyards 50 minutes away or the castles of the Loire (Gien, Sully sur Loire).

Très bel endroit joli calme maison entretenu propre.
Bien complet vaisselle cafetière Grill pain...
Peut être changer le salon de jardin qui est bien abîmer. Mettre des bancs au niveau du lac. Piscine agréable.

"Super sejour de Noel en famille"
Excellent séjour pour fêter Noel en famille dans les 2 maisons très confortables et bien équipées.
Nous avons apprécié les feux de cheminée ,la piscine chauffée ,les balades dans ce magnifique domaine et la proximité des commerces.
Le propriétaire et les gardiens sont très sympas et attentionnés.

"Endroit magnifique"
Nous on adore cet endroit puisque ca fait deux fois qu on y séjourne avec enfant et petits enfants entre la pêche, la piscine et les balades on se régale le gérant et le propriétaire sont des gens très sympa en plus , je conseille de ne pas hésiter à y aller vous passerez un excellent séjour
