You will appreciate the calm of the property in the heart of the marshes, away from the city.
The accommodation gives you access to the private land of the Domaine, planted with trees on 1 hectare with a pond.
The accommodation has an area of 120 m².
It has a new kitchen, fully equipped for the preparation of delicious meals open to the dining room. You will find something to entertain you with the magnificent billiards and darts game.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a separate toilet upstairs and another toilet in the bathroom on the ground floor.
Enjoy relaxing in the veranda lounge offering beautiful light and a magnificent view of a private garden with pond and terrace.

"Juste parfait"
Cette location est parfaite :
- décorée avec goût,
- spacieuse,
-ludique car il y a énormément de jeux (fléchette, billard, wii, molki,...),
- pratique avec des enfants car il y a tout le nécessaire et même des jeux, livres et tobbogan pour eux,
-depaysante grâce à la terrasse avec le bassin de poissons et la verdure en face ainsi que l'étang d'où émane le son des grenouilles.
-adaptée pour les chiens grâce au terrain clôturé.
- et surtout l'hôte est d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance comme on en trouve peu maintenant.
J'y retournerai c'est sur !
