We welcome you to our 5 hectare estate in the Montagne Noire, between sea and mountains, in absolute calm and an enchanting setting.
Hiking trails, cultural sites, vineyards, lakes, outdoor sports, swimming pool at the estate, come and enjoy our place close to all activities.

Cancellation by the tenant
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or e-mail addressed to the lessor, with acknowledgment of receipt.
In case of cancellation:
• more than 30 days before the start of the stay: The amount of the deposit as defined in article 3 will be retained and the balance will be refunded if it has been cashed on the date of cancellation.
• less than 30 days before the start of the stay: the deposit and all the sums paid remain with the lessor.
If the tenant does not appear before 7 p.m. on the scheduled start date of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the lessor can dispose of his accommodation. The deposit remains with the lessor who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the lessor.

"UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS"
Véritable havre de paix, le domaine Bibaud est propice à la rêverie et à l'enchantement. Il se situe en pleine nature, au creux des montagnes verdoyantes, au bout d'un chemin où la magie opère dès les premiers instants. Gisèle et Ben sont deux délicieuses et belles personnes, à la fois discrètes et accueillantes. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme.
Bibaud, nous reviendrons ! C'est sûr.

"Tout simplement dépaysant"
Un Havre de paix cet endroit où on se sent de suite à l'aise, en paix et on apprécie la nature qui nous entoure.
L'endroit est tout juste caché derrière une montagne, et bien à l'abri des regards avec une énergie qui régénère la vie !
Non seulement la nature est accueillante mais aussi et surtout les propriétaires, Gisèle et Ben, qui sont humains, simples et ont de ce coin un paradis, leur cocon car beaucoup de choses sont faites parler petites mains ! Gisèle à un super don pour la décoration et je recommande les plateaux de picnic qu'ils font, c'est un délice !
Partout sur le domaine il y a des endroits pour se poser, des coins hamac, des pergolas et la piscine !
Je recommande à mille pourcent !
