Our serviced apartments are not staffed 24 hours a day. In the event of a fire alarm or emergency, guests must be able to independently evacuate the building without assistance.

• No members of your party require assisted evacuation or a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP).

A damage deposit of £300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
