- a lounge area with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV and DVD player, to prepare for your outings and have great movie evenings.
- 3 charming bedrooms for a sweet and relaxing night. 1 with a 140x190 double bed, 1 other with a 120x190 bed and finally 1 last with a 90x190 bed. All with its desk and storage.

OUTSIDE: A secure, unobstructed exterior with its terrace, where you can contemplate a magnificent sunset while enjoying a glass of rosé with friends or family. "A proximité des caves de Bonnezeaux"
Accueil chaleureux. Gite bien situé pour visiter la région. Gite parfait pour 2 personnes en raison de la superficie de la cuisine/pièce de vie et de ses équipements. Des verres à vin seraient très appréciés dans une région viticole. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'être accompagnés de Ctenocephalides félis pendant notre séjour de 3 jours...

Mon logement de vacances après contrôle, à obtenu un label préfectoral 2 étoiles fait par Atout France avec un niveau de confort, d'équipements et de services pour accueillir 4 personnes. Afin d'améliorer l'équipement, je peux rajouter des verres.
Je suis surpris et désolé que vous ayez été accompagné de ctenocephelides felis. A ma connaissance, les autres invités n'en ont pas rencontrés d'autant plus que je n'ai pas d'animaux, ni chien, ni chat. Je vais rester vigilant.

"Excellent séjour"
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le gîte de Xavier. Celui ci met tout en œuvre pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. La région est magnifique et à environ 20 kms de la Loire que nous avons parcouru à vélo. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre semaine. Un gîte à recommander.
