Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note that at least one guest in the party should be 30 years old or more to check-in.
It is mandatory to provide the Passport or ID identification of all guests of the reservation to Cozy Mallorca at least 14 days prior to check in date.
This house allows a maximum of two pets. You must previously request authorization from the property. Pets are not allowed to be alone inside the house. You have to leave them in the garden. There is an additional cost of 50 euros per pet stay.
Please note that noises are not allowed after 23:00 until 10:00. This includes shouting, playing loud music and talking loudly which can disturbs the neighbours in the house, garder or pool area. This restriction also applies to noises in the street in front of the house that might wake up the neighbours.
Extra guests are not allowed to stay overnight if they are not listed in the reservation. Violation of these rules will result in full deposit of 300 EUR and cancellation of reservation without any refund.
No unregistered guests are allowed on the property during the day without the host prior consent. Violation of this rule will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation without the right of any compensation.
Swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 22:00.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
