Cottage Les Fougères - proche Dinan

Les Fougères is delightful holiday cottages comprised of a detached cottage sleeping 4 and a separate gite sleeping 4. Located in a small hamlet near Dinan in the Côtes-d'Armor, Northern Brittany, France.
Set in beautiful countryside but near to the medieval market town of Dinan, Port of St Malo, seaside town of Dinard & the city of Rennes.
The cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms. We can also provide a travel cot, high chair and stair gate. The cottage has full central heating & a small log burner which means the cottage is great all year. The open plan lounge/diner has a dining table & chairs, sofas, TV, DVD & CD players. The TV receives both UK & French programs. There is a large selection of DVDs, board games and books.
The well-equipped kitchen has modern units, dishwasher, large range-style cooker. A wide selection of quality kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans & serving dishes.
The bathroom includes toilet, sink, a small bath & shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and side cabinets
The rear garden is lawned & contains a 15ft round, above-ground pool. The garden is enclosed with gates. At the front of the cottage is a gravel driveway with a parking area to the side. Beyond the driveway is a two-acre meadow.
There is a small converted barn which houses a washing machine, fridge freezer, sink. BBQ & garden furniture are provided.
We also have a games room - Table Tennis, Billiards, Darts and a selection of outdoor games.
