Table footballWelcome to our cottage located in the center of Saint-Romain near the Beauval zoo: 120 m² house with terrace, completely renovated in 2024, which can accommodate up to 10 people + 2 babies.
All equipment, furniture, appliances and bedding are new and of high quality.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (quality bedding, hairdryer, spacious showers), an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle...) , a large living space (dining room and living room with flat screen), and a terrace with dining area and barbecue.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
Free equipment for 2 babies (wooden baby bed + travel cot, high chair/deckchair + booster chair, bathtub, changing mat, potty, toilet reducer).
Games available for children and adults (board games, table football, pétanque balls, darts, sandbox, etc.)
Heating and air conditioning.
Free parking spaces in front of the house.
You will have the entire house at your disposal with the exterior part under the courtyard including a terrace and a games + grill area.
The house is located in the town center of the village, opposite the church. You can walk to the bakery.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end dans cette magnifique maison. Tout est comme sur les photos. L'accueil chaleureux. Proche du zoo de Beauval. Nous pouvons le recommander les yeux fermés. Merci !
