Rural gite of 75 m², renovated in 2011, fitted out in a green and restful setting that can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
It includes a living room (with bed), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, freezer, classic coffee machine and coffee pod machine, etc.) opening onto a very bright, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom (WC, shower, washing machine).
This cottage is surrounded by large landscaped areas as well as a secure ornamental pond and private parking for 2 cars.
You can enjoy the bay of Mont Saint-Michel and the Emerald Coast by visiting Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Dinard, Combourg, Pontorson... which offers you a range of different activities such as the beach, sand yachting, hiking, climbing, tree climbing, visits to museums, zoos...

Meter reading taken on arrival and departure. In winter, we provide wood to fuel the wood stove which is a second mode of heating (in addition to electric heaters).
In July and August, no overnight stays accepted.

From Pontorson, there are approximately 5kms: take the direction of Pleine-Fougères following the D776. At the exit of Pontorson, at the first crossroads, turn left following the D4, pass in front of the intermarket, then the level crossing, continue straight ahead, and turn left in the direction of Sougeal D83. Go straight for about 1km then down the hill, turn left towards Le Chatelet, second house on the left with a white gate.

Excellent séjour. Très bon accueil. Nombreuses informations sur la région. Logement spacieux et confortable, calme, bien situé. Et météo idéale toute la semaine. Randonnées variées, la baie, les polders, la côte, la campagne fleurie. Encore merci.

Gite confortable et agréable, très bon accueil de Mr et Mme TANGUY, soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Beaucoup de descriptifs affichés, afin de permettre au vacanciers de profiter des endroits à visiter. Prestations à la nuitée, ce qui est rare et fort appréciable pour des gîtes.

Accueil agréable. Gîte bien situé à proximité du Mont Saint Michel. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et attentionnés. Le gîte est bien équipé, au calme et le jardin est parfait pour se ressourcer.
