Within a radius of 10 minutes on foot, you will find all the local shops, banks, restaurants, canoe rentals.
Within a radius of 10 km by car, you will find Luçon including its cathedral, its cloister and its remarkable garden.

It will only take you 30 minutes to reach the Abbeys of Nieul and Maillezais, and why not near the latter, take a boat immersion on the canals of the Marais poitevin

45 minutes by car, you will be on the Vendée beaches or in the heart of La Rochelle.
And finally in 1 hour, you will be at Puy du Fou or Nantes…

For those less in a hurry, Nalliers and its surroundings will delight strollers with their noses in the wind and trained sportsmen, from the most amateur walker to the most seasoned walker (many marked trails) which can lead you to the Departmental Biological Reserve.

Built on 3 levels, we wanted this mill to respect the local traditional architecture and the nature that surrounds it.
The mill has kept its miller's staircase.

Combining wood, exterior lime plaster, good insulation, noble materials, it is oriented towards respect for the environment.

It consists of a living room with an integrated and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with XL shower and suspended WC, heated towel rail and all accessories.

On the top floor, the cozy bedroom with concealed storage invites you to rest. The terrace in the shade of the cherry tree allows you to take your meals.

You will find at your disposal coffee, tea, chocolate powder, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar...
