This is not the rental of a gîte, part of the house or an entire house. This is the rental of 1 room located in one of the blocks of the house.

We also provide access to our common rooms with their amenities but they remain available to the owner.
The owners live in one block of the house.

The rentals are located in a separate block, right next door, but have an independent entrance.

1 bedroom of 15 m², next to 1 other bedroom, upstairs. Sanitary area common to the 2 bedrooms (shower cabin, sink, toilet). No “real” kitchen and bathroom but:
- access to the owners' library: sofa, armchairs, coffee table. Unheated room in winter
- dining area: dining table, chairs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge. Common only to the 2 bedrooms. The owners retain access. Not heated in winter (infra-red backup for meals).
- for repairs: 2 cooking plates, dishes, meal utensils. Facilities shared by both rooms only
- access to the owners' billiards table. Unheated room in winter, accessible to all (owners and tenants)
- garden area: picnic tables, relax, hammock, barbecue. Common to all tenants.
1 parking space, wifi, sheets, towels, basic food, household products, electricity, heating, tourist tax
