ClassBedroom Gaudí Apartments offers stylish and modern self-catering apartments in Barcelona. Apartments are spread around the San Marti district.

With air conditioning, each apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer.

La Sagrera, Bac de Roda and San Marti Metro Stations are all within a 15-minute walk from Apartments VI ClassBedroom. San Marti Park is 1.5 km away.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Online Check-in:
• As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online.
• A damage deposit of €300 is required, payable by card before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
• Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit.

Upon Arrival:
• There will be no personal welcome at the apartment.
• You access the buidng with a link and the apartment with a code.
• Access instructions for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.

Additional Rules:
• Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed.
• Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
• Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents.
• Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure.
• Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys.Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Other Highlights:
• Basic products like salt, oil, sugar, or detergent are not provided.
• Bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests.
• Extra pillows, blankets, or exchanges of towels and bed linen are not provided.
• Daily cleaning is not provided.
• Two toilet paper rolls and shower soap are provided as a courtesy; these products are not replaced.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
