Classbedroom Fira Business Apartment is gunstig gelegen op slechts 10 minuten lopen van zowel het Plaza de España als de Fira de Barcelona.

Het appartement beschikt over een woon-eetkamer met een flatscreen-tv en een keuken met een magnetron, een koelkast, keukengerei en een wasmachine. Elke kamer is voorzien van airconditioning.

Op minder dan 10 minuten lopen vindt u een grote verscheidenheid aan restaurants, winkels en trendy bars, waardoor u gemakkelijk kunt genieten van de levendige lokale omgeving.

Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan in het etablissement.
Kinderen van alle leeftijden zijn welkom.
Kinderen tot 2 jaar (inclusief) verblijven gratis wanneer ze in een beschikbare wieg slapen.
Extra bedden of babybedjes zijn alleen beschikbaar op verzoek en dienen door de accommodatie te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch verrekend in het totale bedrag van de reservering op de site en moeten apart rechtstreeks aan het etablissement worden betaald.

Online Check-in:
• As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online.
• A damage deposit of €300 is required, payable by card before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
• Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit.

Upon Arrival:
• There will be no personal welcome at the apartment.
• You access the buidng with a link and the apartment with a code.
• Access instructions for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.

Additional Rules:
• Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed.
• Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
• Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents.
• Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure.
• Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys.
• Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Other Highlights:
• Basic products like salt, oil, sugar, or detergent are not provided.
• Bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests.
• Extra pillows, blankets, or exchanges of towels and bed linen are not provided.
• Daily cleaning is not provided.
