The cottage is an old traditional farmhouse dating from the 18th century.
This beautiful house with the architecture of the Causse is surrounded by 3 beautiful green spaces with deckchairs and garden furniture.
We provide you with a barbecue (charcoal).
You will also have a balcony where you can have your breakfasts and dinners.
Very pleasant, it enjoys a southern exposure, and remains cool in summer thanks to its stone walls.
Its ideal location, in the heart of the village, will allow you to walk (less than 400 meters) to the bakery / grocery store, the café / snack bar, the post office, or even to take advantage of the municipal swimming pool (open in July and August), its city-stadium, tennis, ...
Lovers of hiking and discovery? Many hiking trails (PR) and mountain biking are accessible from the village for beautiful walks on the causse!

The cottage is renovated and equipped.
It consists of a bedroom of 14 m², a living / dining room of about 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, induction hob, oven, washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, kettle , toaster, ...) a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
There is a parking lot in the shade for your car and possibly a garage for your bikes, motorcycles… (on request).
In one of our gardens, we have set up a private bowling alley.
The house has retained all its authenticity with its beautiful fireplace, woodwork and beautiful stones.
The bedding is new (Queen size bed, 160x200) and upscale with natural down pillows and duvets.
The environment is calm.
Campagnac is a small, very pleasant village close to major tourist sites: Aubrac, the Gorges du Tarn, the Lot Valley, Rodez, the Millau Viaduct ... and several villages classified as the most beautiful villages in France: Sainte-Eulalie- d'Olt, Estaing, ...
I offer breakfasts and cold meals in supplement.
The price includes bed linen (bed made on arrival), towels and cleaning.
We accept one pet per stay.

"Agréable et reposant"
Quelle semaine agréable nous avons passée dans le gite de Sophie et son mari au sein d'un petit village typique. L'accueil fut très sympathique avec des petites attentions et Sophie se rend disponible pour vous aider à organiser votre séjour et vous donner des conseils pour visiter la région.
Le gite est superbe et très bien décoré, mention spéciale pour la literie.
Devant faire face à un ennui mécanique de notre véhicule, Sophie n'a pas hésité à m'emmener chez le garagiste et même à nous proposer sa voiture pour visiter la région, quelle confiance.
Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner chez So&co.

"Magnifique gîte en Aveyron"
Sophie nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux dans son gîte à Campagnac.. Cette magnifique maison en pierres possède tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour en amoureux.. Nous le recommandons vivement pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter cette magnifique région..
