My south-facing, panoramic, single-storey gîte consists of 5 bedrooms, 1 living room with flat-screen TV, 1 equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, garden furniture and barbecue.
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bed 160x190 and the other 2 beds 90x190
The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs.
Bathroom and 2 toilets on the ground floor.
The panoramic veranda is a very pleasant living space.
The house can accommodate from 1 to 10 people.
Dogs accepted on request. €3 per night.
Bus stop in front of the house.
Very close to the ice rink, the Colombière stadium, the BMI, cinema, convention center, golf course, Olympic swimming pool, Spina Park.
The performance halls are a 5-minute drive away, marked forest hikes are 1 km away.
You will appreciate the panorama and the green setting.
Cycle path passes in front of the property and the port 3 km away, departure point for walks on the towpath.
