Small independent house, carefully renovated, with a capacity for 4 people, located in Ispagnac. You will be in a village where you will find all the shops, very lively in the summer, at the gates of the Gorges du Tarn and the Cévennes National Park. Swimming area nearby.
Whether you want to relax, visit or do activities, this will be a good starting point.

The cottage includes:
- on the ground floor: a kitchen area with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, electric hob and a living area with a table, chairs, 2 armchairs, TV and DVD player.
- on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and WC
- on the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom (WC and sink).
- Small courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
Electric heating. No wifi in the gîte.
