Surface of 70 m² with a terrace of 30 m² without vis-à-vis. Very quiet environment in the countryside but only 15 minutes from La Rochelle.
On the ground floor a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a scullery (washing machine and storage) and a toilet in the entrance.
On the floor, 2 rooms with dressing. One with a bed of 140x190, one with 2 beds of 140x190 including a mezzanine, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a reading corner or work on the landing.
Sheets, towels, tea towels provided.
On request cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath with deck chair, mixer.
Additional amenities: raclette / grill / pancake maker, seafood tray and utensils, vacuum cleaner, clothesline and tongs, stereo, CD, DVD player and DVD kids, books, comics, board games, board games cards ...
The car is essential, free parking on site, all shops are 3 km (bakeries, bar-restaurants, mini markets, pizzerias, tobacco-press, gas station, garage, bank, pharmacy, market on Tuesday and Sunday) .
Hiking trails are within walking distance.
Our cycling friends are welcome, the Vélodyssée and the Vélo Francette spend 5 minutes and bicycles can be put away.
To solve the parking problems during the tourist season, a relay car park (10 minutes away) allows access by public transport to the center of La Rochelle.
Our house is close to all the must-see places of the region:
La Rochelle (Old Port, Aquarium ...) at 15 min
The island of Ré and its beaches at 20 min
Chatelaillon, its beach and its Thalasso 30 min
The Marais Poitevin and its boat rides at 30 min
The beaches of Vendée at 45 min
Oléron Island, Fort Boyard at 1 hour
The Puy du Fou, the zoo Palmyre 1 hour 15

The rest of the year, we also offer:
- weekend stays (2 or 3 nights from Friday evening to Monday morning)
- mid-week stays (3 or 4 nights from Monday evening to Friday morning)

In the table, the prices shown are calculated for 4 people.
The additional cost per additional person is only €5 per night.
The only option is the cleaning package (to be booked at the start of the stay), you can choose to do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself to save €60. The cleaning fee will be automatically deducted from the security deposit if the gîte is not returned to its initial state of cleanliness.

Chez la Georgette est un gîte cosy avec deux chambres. Il est très très bien équipé, l'accueil est très sympathique et la localisation top pour ceux qui cherchent le calme à côté de La Rochelle.
