500 meters from the Orleans train station, 50 meters from the Place du Martroi, in the golden triangle of the city, this apartment is the ideal place to visit the historic center in the footsteps of Joan of Arc, visit museums, go to concerts, movies, go shopping or discover local products in different markets.
Only a few kilometers away, you can visit the prestigious castles of the region (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau ...), relax in the Balnéades wellness center, practice horse riding or golf in Sologne or you can go on horseback. getaway to Paris.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of an old town house, in a very quiet street, and offers a private parking space in a closed courtyard.
Blend of old with oak floors and modern comfort, this apartment of 80 sqm consists of an entrance with intercom, a large living room very bright open to a fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob induction, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer ...), a very romantic room courtyard side with a bed 160x200, a bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a laundry room (washing machine).
The calm of the house is essential: no party, nor family meals.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price.
The bed will be made upon arrival.
The tourist tax is to be paid in addition.

Appartement luxueux, confortable, bien décoré au calme. Propriétaire très accueillante et attentive aux petits soins de ses locataires. On se sent bien, tout est parfait. C'est pour cela qu'on revient chaque année. E et M

Appartement cosy calme spacieux très agréable et magnifiquement situé dans le centre-ville. Place réservée pour la voiture, ce qui est un plus. Propriétaire très attentionnée.

Superbe appartement confortable, tout équipé et spacieux en plein cœur de la ville d'Orléans. Le parking pour la voiture est un plus.

"MAGNIFIQUE appartement , Excellent emplacement !"
J'ai eu l'occasion et la chance de séjourner 1 mois dans cet MAGNIFIQUE appartement situé en plein coeur d'Orleans.
Sans exageration de ma part , il est juste PARFAIT à tous les niveau et je suis très exigeante !
Hyper propre , hyper bien équipé , des belles volumes et très chaleureux , on s'y sent comme chez soi.
A proximité des commerces et de rues de shopping , aucun bruit dans la rue et un gros avantage pour la place de parking (qui n'est pas à négliger surtout quand on y reste si longtemps).
C'est l'appartement IDEAL à Orleans !
Je recomande à 200%.

"Bel appartement très bien situé !"
J'ai séjourné trois semaines dans cet appartement en plein cœur d'Orléans. Parfait à tous les niveaux. Propre, vaste, bien équipé, à deux pas de tous les commerces.
Superbe salle de bain.
Je pouvais travailler au calme le soir... la rue est tranquille.
Il y a même une petite place pour garer sa voiture dans la cour intérieure.
Enfin, Françoise est très aimable et très réactive !
J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute l'année prochaine pour une durée similaire pour mon travail. On s'y sent chez soi.

Cet appartement est parfait ! J’ai pu passer (et réussir) mes concours dans d’excellentes conditions : peu de bruit, fraîcheur malgré les températures élevées à ce moment, lit confortable...
