We have made it a welcoming place that all our guests and friends appreciate for its warmth, its large living spaces, and its charming atmosphere.

1 hour by car from Paris or by train (Chartres SNCF station then 20 minutes away), this quiet hamlet, sitting in the middle of wheat and rapeseed fields, is located 4 km from the main village with several shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist's café, pharmacy, ATM, etc., offers an ideal location to enjoy a stay away from the eyes of the world.

Ideal for stays for a few and up to 13 people.

The ground floor has a large open living space (living room with fireplace, dining room, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen, wc, bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom (double bed) with door and garden view.
The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room + wc, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, a large double living room with TV.

In summer, enjoy the flowery outdoor garden (petanque court, tables, chairs, ping-pong table, barbecue available - remember to buy coal for the latter -)
The garden is completely closed (walled and/or fenced)

In winter, the house has a system of efficient radiators offering gentle warmth and a beautiful fireplace.

In the evening, enjoy the fireplace (wood available on site), board games, or even a good movie in the lounge on the 1st floor.

We open the doors of this place with a warm soul.
We will be grateful to you for being respectful (avoid breakage, irreversible dirt on the walls, etc.)
