Near Saumur, a different gîte, it is not an apartment but two bedrooms, pleasant and spacious, independent of each other, on the same level therefore giving directly onto a terrace. Each of the bedrooms has a shower room with toilet, twin beds 90x200 cm for 2 people, wall-mounted TV, small desk as well as a large wardrobe. Smoking is allowed outside.
As an extension of the bedroom building, there is a covered courtyard with a closed room used for storing household appliances (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, dishes but with a table and chairs). Under the courtyard there is cooking equipment: on a large work surface there is a 2-burner gas hob and mini oven, a round table and chairs, and under the work surface a buffet with dishes. No dishwasher. To relax, a sofa and armchair. Fully enclosed parking, gate and door with digital code.

Included: Sheets, towels, hairdryer, dish soap and tea towels, cleaning included in the price. The prices indicated are for 4 people, for 3 or 2 people, contact me.

Located in a quiet countryside location, 3 km from Longué-Jumelles, 18 km from Saumur with its tank museum, its castle, also close to the Angevin vineyards, the hot air balloon center, equestrian centers, also close to the zoo, troglodyte house, the Loire etc...
