In the heart of the Eyrieux valley, near the "Dolce Via" where you can take beautiful hikes, we welcome you to our 95 m² holiday home.
On a vast plot of 5000 m², you will find calm and independence without any vis-à-vis because the villa is located at the end of a private road, without traffic.
As an extension of the small wood, sunbathing on the small fine sandy beach, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing in the river that borders the land.

The house consists of:
- a very bright living room of 50 m² with kitchen area, fully equipped: traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher.
- dining area
- relaxation area with flat screen TV, DVD player
- 2 individual bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and large wall cupboard
- bathroom with Italian shower, separating the two bedrooms, thus preserving everyone's privacy
- Separate WC
- large tiled terrace (60 m²) sheltered with dining area, barbecue, outdoor lounge, deckchairs... to fully enjoy the rural setting, the view of the river and its lapping

In the village, 800 m away, you will find a mini-market, restaurant, pizzas to take away, creperie, tennis…
