Small private castle in the Loire valley, close to Chenonceau and Loches, the Forest of Loches, and the “Indre by Bike” route. With its three levels it can house groups of 8 persons or 14 as two families who wish to travel together whilst at the same time being able to have some independence thanks to the second floor which constitutes a small apartment. Located in the east wing (c15) of a castle overlooking the Indrois River, in wooded grounds. The Owner occupies the South wing.

Ground Floor : kitchen/dining (fireplace with wood burner), utility room (fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier), WC. Cellar (firewood, storage).
First Floor : 3 spacious bedrooms, (each with fireplace and en suite bathroom), 1st Bedroom (4 single beds – two twinned), 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms (a double bed each), further accommodation on
Second Floor : vast Living Room 42 m², with kitchenette. There is telescope for watching the wild life on the river during the day and the stars at night. 4th Bedroom (double bed 140cm wide), 5th Bedroom (4 single beds, two of which twinned), Shower & WC.

Terrace / River View, ancient oaks and sweet chestnuts, wild flowers (orchids in May, wild cyclamens in August).
Private fishing (pike, bream and “sandre” – zander- a local delicacy).
Volleyball, badmington, swings.
